Neck Handle Applicator

Our handle applicator, places and inserts polyurethane (HDPE) handles on the necks of bottles. We perform the insertion of handles in up to 20 liters PET or HDPE bottles, regardless of the containers are full or empty.

OBTINDU is constantly betting on the development of R & D. Thanks to that, we have incorporated a new polyurethane handle applicator (HDPE) for double-bottle packs.

Our neck handle applicator stands out for being highly efficient and profitable equipment. It consists of quality elements it is robust equipment, it is easy to handle and it has a design that characterizes us.

These systems differ from each other by the production they can obtain, considering productions from 1.000 BPH to 24.000 BPH.

We advise you on the design of the handle for your automation, and you also require it, we carry out the design so that it is delivered to the molder.

Semi-automatic Handle applicator for the umbrella-format handle.

Semi-automatic Neck Handle applicator for the umbrella-type handle. Built-in iron or stainless steel, depending on the customer's needs. Robust and easy to use. The operator put the bottle with the pre-inserted handle, in the round stainless steel base, and by pressing the buttons the handle is inserted without any effort.

Production speed depending on the agility of the operator (10-20 Bottles/minute).
