After-sales service and spare parts in warehouse

The use of your machine can cause wear and deterioration. For this reason, in Obtindu, we have a large stock of spare parts available as soon as possible for our clients in our warehouse, in case they need spare parts to avoid machine downtime in their facilities.

Our after-sales team will analyze the most worn parts of your equipment and will recommend a stock of spare parts.

Our objective is to minimize response time, both for technical assistance interventions and the supply and delivery of spare parts.

Technical Assistance

All the experience accumulated over the years in the manufacture of packaging equipment is our basis and reference when designing and manufacturing new equipment to improve maintenance tasks with better access, greater reliability for cleaning, and better interfaces for the management of the equipment.

Wear parts are replaced during scheduled maintenance operations. In addition, our machines are equipped with a special remote assistance device, being able to control the machines installed anywhere in the world from the offices of our Spanish headquarters, evaluating the machine, and in general solving it remotely in most cases, without the need for a technician to go to the customer's facilities.
